针对近期本公司接连收到有关保单交易的查询，本公司从未授权有关人等以本公司名义招揽订立保险投资协议，有关人等的行为或涉嫌误导消费者、欺诈等不法行为。为维护本公司商誉及权益，本公司特此声明并澄清如下：
1、 本公司从未承保此类担保业务，亦从未授权任何人士对外招揽投资，此疑为第三者利用本公司之良好商誉，以图进行诈骗；该等人士所涉及之任何投资招揽行为，与本公司一概无关。如涉及不法行为及＼或侵犯本公司相关权利，本公司将采取一切必要的法律措施维护本公司的权益。
2、 以上严正声明，以正视听，并特别呼吁投资者提高警觉，审慎确认相关交易，切莫误信造成损害。
如任何人士因上述交易而招致任何损失，本公司一概不负责，并保留一切追究权利。

What is employee compensation insurance
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Employees' Compensation Ordinance, chapter 282 of the laws of Hong Kong, the company provides employees' compensation insurance to protect employees' compensation due to work injury or occupational diseases specified in the Employees' Compensation Ordinance during the period of employment.Also known as labor insurance, it is a compulsory liability insurance for employers who meet the the legal requirements of Hong Kong.
